about ORDERING
Is there a minimum order amount?
At grocerease.com.au, the minimum order is $20.00 (from the Green Grocer category) or $50 for your total order. (excluding delivery fees where applicable).
How do I place my order?
There are 5 easy steps to placing your order.
1. Browse the site and familiarise yourself with our service.
2. Click on the 'Order/Browse' button, then on each category in turn.
3. Enter the number of serves you require in the quantity column to the left of your selected products in each category, and press 'Add to Cart'
5. Click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
6. Check your order and Click on the Submit button.
Do I purchase products by numbers or by weight?
Some items are sold by weight, and others by numbers (check the serve unit column on the order form beside each product).
Example: if you would like 1kg of Bananas, enter a 2 in the quantity column to receive 2 X 500g serves.

about DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to most suburbs in the greater Brisbane area. You can also arrange to collect your order from our packing facility at Rocklea any day that suits you, Monday to Friday.
How much does delivery cost?
Day time deliveries are currently $5 (incl. GST), and Night deliveries are $9 (incl. GST).
Is there a set delivery time?
We provide 3-hour "delivery windows" which are dependant on your suburb, when placing your order your delivery window will be displayed on the order confimation page.
All night deliveries are delivered between 6pm and 9pm.
What happens on Public Holidays?
We will inform you when any delivery day change is necessary
What do I do with my empty boxes?
Leave them out where your delivery will be placed, and we will collect them for recycling.

When do I pay for my shopping?
1. You can pay in advance by Electronic Funds Transfer, or Direct Debit, or Direct Deposit.

2. You can pay on delivery by Cheque or Cash. If you are not going to be home, just leave your payment in the place we confirmed with you when you placed your first order. The driver will always knock first.
Most of our customers prepay either fortnightly or monthly in advance for convenience and safety.

about our GUARANTEE
Is there a quality guarantee?
Yes, we do provide a quality guarantee as we pride ourselves in our quality and service. Please refer to our guarantee on the About Us page.
What do I do with any product I am not satisfied with?
The driver will collect the product and bring your replacement when we next deliver (please freeze any perishable product). We will return it to the supplier/manufacturer so the source of your concern can be identified and systems modified as part of our commitment to continuous quality improvement.

about our PRICING
How do I know your pricing is competitive?
Our prices may vary day to day depending on market price. You may find cheaper products at some traditional retail outlets, but by choosing Grocer-ease, you will always receive better quality, fresher foods that are healthier for you.
We are not bound to set weekly prices like supermarkets and are therefore able to pass on savings to our customers immediately. You will usually find our prices are the same, if not lower, than supermarket prices over your total order.

about ORGANIC PRODUCTS
Do you supply organic products?
Currently, we have chosen not to supply organic products as the supply from producers is very erratic. When we are assured of some stability in the market, we will be able to offer organic products.

about AUTOMATIC DELIVERIES
What are Automatic Deliveries?
An Automatic Delivery enables you to receive your shopping either weekly or fortnightly without having to re-order each time. A form is provided with your first delivery designed for you to nominate your regular requirements.
What are the advantages of Automatic Deliveries?
Substitutes - If something you like is unavailable, we know what we can include as a replacement
Seasonal Changes - When something new comes into season, we can automatically include for you.
Convenience - There is no need to contact us every week.
Simplicity - We know what you need - the form tells us.
Why do I have to fill in a form?
The form is designed to ensure we know the products you require. It enables you to specify alternatives in case certain products are unavailable, too expensive, or not up to the Grocer-Ease quality standards.
Am I committed to a contract?
NO. Just call us by 3pm the day prior your normal delivery day, and you may change or postpone your automatic delivery without any problem.
(Note: call Friday for Monday deliveries)
Do I still select seasonal products on the form?
YES. Select all products you enjoy so when in season we know you would like them in your order.
How often can I change my order?
As often as you need. Most customers find it easiest to set a regular order, for produce they use weekly or fortnightly. They call us one day prior to the delivery if they want to make a change - add something different or if they haven't used all of their previous delivery.
Can I still place an internet order?
Yes. It will override your automatic delivery just for that week, our system will then revert back to your automatic delivery pattern either weekly or fortnightly.
Will I always receive every product I requested on the form?
It is possible that at times a specific product is not available due to seasonal fluctuations, weather conditions, transport problems or even that the product did not meet our quality standards on the day. Because the form enables you to mark those products you don't mind receiving, we can include a substitute product from your selections.

about the Members Area
What is the Members Area?
The members area is seperate from the main site, is personalised to you and enables you to update your customer information, enter your delivery details, register for the rewards program or refer a friend. Here you are also able to establish a saved order which you can then upload from the order page, saving you from having to enter a new order every time.
This feature will continue to evolve with more functions coming soon.
