We would love it if every item we purchased not only tasted great, but also looked great, and was perfectly ripe as well, however nature is not always that obliging. Our purchasing team draws on over 20 years of produce knowledge, and always choose "best tasting" first, not ripeness or best looking. We hope you agree.

All cuts are processed locally, made to order, and packaged in supermarket-style tray-packs in 500g or 1 kilo portions.
